Clients must provide timely feedback, assets, and necessary approvals to ensure the project timeline is maintained. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline extensions.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, intellectual property rights of the custom code and designs specifically created for your project are transferred to you, excluding any open-source components, proprietary frameworks, or base libraries owned by Raagneet.

4. Limitation of Liability

Raagneet shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or products delivered.
