Due to the bespoke nature of our services and the immediate allocation of resources and developer time upon project initiation, our refund and cancellation policies are structured as follows:

1. Project Cancellations

You may request to cancel your project before the formal kickoff phase. However, once the initial deposit or payment has been processed and our development team has commenced architecture planning, design drafting, or coding, the project is considered active. Cancellations at this stage will result in the forfeiture of the advance payment to cover the labor, time, and server costs already expended.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because our deliverables are intangible digital assets, all sales are considered final. We do not offer standard refunds once work has been delivered or is substantially underway. We maintain strict quality control and involve you throughout the deployment process to ensure the final product meets your specifications.

In extraordinary circumstances (such as a failure to deliver the agreed-upon initial scope due to internal constraints on our end), refunds may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any such exception is made at the sole and absolute discretion of Raagneet management.

3. Revisions and Modifications

Instead of refunds, we offer structured revision cycles as defined in your chosen package tier. If you are unsatisfied with a particular element of the deployment, our team will work closely with you to revise and adjust the architecture within the bounds of the original project scope.
